We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Business Planning team where you’ll be working with our Sr. Product Manager of Business Planning to build the tools that Article uses to manage demand and supply planning, supply execution, and network management & planning.

Our Product Management team numbers 15 in total with portfolios ranging from Search & Discovery on the eCommerce team to Delivery Experience to Warehousing to Customer Care all the way to IT services.

Our team collaborates with over 100 software engineers and product designers to build a tech stack that supports a vertically integrated business that’s obsessed with delighting our customers.

We’re a remote first team open to candidates across North America and + / - 4 hours of time zone from the west coast (PST).

Responsibilities

  • Ensure high quality, fast paced decision making across all teams.
  • Partner with key stakeholders on functional teams, leadership, and Engineering to develop a vision, a strategy and a set of KPIs for your product portfolio.
  • Identify, analyze, propose and prioritize high impact business opportunities.
  • Drive cross functional alignment for strategy and deliverables.
  • Own the roadmap for your product portfolio.
  • Contribute to continuously improving Article’s product management capabilities.
  • For our functional teams : Emerge as a go-to problem solver and partner in achieving business results, such as higher customer satisfaction, shorter lead times and lower fulfillment costs.
  • For our engineering, design, and data teams : Ensure clarity, continuity, and visibility.
  • For everyone : Be the voice of customers and users.
  • Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management particularly with a basic or higher background or education in any of : Supply Chain, Financial Planning, Data.
  • A portfolio of shipped products, ideally which you operated after launch.
  • You have owned and delivered product roadmaps; and have managed products across their lifecycle.
  • You can demonstrate a history of effective partnerships with functional leadership, engineers, designers, and data analysts.
  • You are comfortable in unstructured situations; sometimes you need to dig for the answers. There isn’t always a clear path.
  • You bring people together, develop trust and challenge them to deliver outstanding results.

  • The Article HQ is a converted warehouse with in-house photo studios, an airy open layout, an open kitchen filled with snacks, premium coffees and teas (and ALL the milks).
  • If you’re in the office a few times a month you can book a hot desk, or if you’re in 3 or more days a week, you can have a permanent desk to always work from.
  • A dog-friendly office. If you have a well-behaved, well-socialized pup, we’d love to have them in the office too.
