You are the smiling, gracious means to an excellent dining experience for our guests! You know it isn’t just the food you’re serving that creates the experience! You will provide high quality food and beverage service to all guests in a professional and efficient manner.
You will be very sales oriented and will be expected to have full knowledge of the Profitek system. The position requires shift work.
Essential Functions :
Take orders. Serve food and drink; make sure all plates are made the way they were ordered before presenting them to the guests.
Service guests in all factors of restaurant work and help in any way possible.
Clean tables, refill drinks, make sure all guests have everything they need.
Make sure bills are entered correctly, credit cards are done properly, and cash-out is done to specifications. Learn full operation of the Profitek system.
Perform side work, daily and weekly duties before and after shift.
Help in all phases of the job; follow any management direction that may benefit the operation of the restaurant.
Maintain daily and weekly duties. Use support material and participate in functions related to operation of the restaurant.
Participate in creating a team environment and use animation and incentive programs to provide a fun atmosphere for employees and guests.
Ensure personal hygiene and maintain a clean, professional appearance.
Experience / Requirements :
Must be available for full-time seasonal work
Minimum of two years serving experience in a high volume restaurant required. Host experience preferred. Banquet experience preferred as well.
Knowledge of wines and presentation, bartending knowledge an asset.
Serving it Right Certificate.
Must be able to be on feet for long periods of time at a fast pace.
Must be willing to work shifts
