Greet visitors, answer and redirect general inquiries in person, by phone and via email and respond independently to inquiries that are specific in nature.

Utilize discretion and judgment when assisting visitors or answering inquiries, and practice first-call resolution where possible.

Demonstrate prospecting skills required to set-up meetings with potential donors and supporters.

Book travel arrangements

Monitor budgets and reconcile accounts, participate in budget meetings, and prepare timely reports for budget reviews in adherence to the department’s business plan.

Other administrative duties as assigned


2 year Community College diploma in Office Administration or related field of study.

2 years of relevant experience in a fast paced, semi-structured team environment
