Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market.
Staffs and directs a sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of sales growth in line with company vision, values and KPIs.
Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contributes to the development of training and educational programs for clients and Sales Consultants.
Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
Responsible for the performance and development of the Sales Consultants and builds sales and education plan by Sales Consultant.

Provides monthly feedback to team and regarding performance and works cross functionally with internal teams to ensure deliver of goals.
Becomes the foremost expert on competitive activities in Ontario and plays a key role in monthly Sales Marketing and Education (SME)
5 years sales management experience, salon experience preferred but not required.
A proven discipline in managing route sales and experience in daily in- field work, including sales consultants and educators.
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
Must be analytical, able to read reports and to direct team based on analysis.
Proficient with Microsoft (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word)
Ability to travel : - extensively throughout Ontario. - Occasionally Nationally - Occasionally Internationally
