Maintenance Admin Clerk Responsibilities :
updating list of available Trade Constructors and Employees
Record minutes for all Maintenance Department meetings
Log employee timecard into the system
Handling Office Supplies
Daily trouble shoot of office equipment
Prepare documents related to performance and presentations
Track and compile invoices
Prepares and edits confidential communications, presentations and other documents as necessary.
Maintenance Admin Clerk Qualifications :
Fast Learner and ability to absorb and capture a lot of information in a fast paced environment
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Excellent computer and typing skills
Proficiency in MS Office ( MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint)
