Hello! We’re FortNine. We help Canadian riders access the knowledge and gear they need so that they can spend less time worrying over logistics, and more time on their wheels. Starting Wage: $18 / hour

What you’ll be doing:

  • Assisting our customers in resolving order processing issues such as cancellations, modifications, shipping/billing inquiries and post-order issues (no sales, no retention statistics, just be helpful!) 
  • Performing with substantial autonomy, taking initiative, and independently assessing cases to the best of your abilities! (We don’t believe in micro-managing. We trust our process; if you’re a FortNiner, you know what you’re doing.)
  • Navigating through multiple computer applications with speed and precision with an attention to detail.
  • Learning the roles and parts all of our different departments play at FortNine, and utilizing that knowledge to best help our customers! 

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum of one year experience working in an e-commerce or similar customer service environment preferred. If you feel as though you have the skills necessary, but have yet to begin your professional career, go ahead and submit your application! We'd love to meet. 
  • Bilingual: English & French with excellent communication skills, including written and verbal proficiency.
  • Solid computer skills/experience. Excellent at online research.
  • No powersports knowledge whatsoever required. We’ll provide the foundation of your moto-fu that you will continue to build and share! 
  • Strong drive for progression: We want you to succeed. We’ll provide you with access to online learning modules, both for FortNine systems and others, that’ll allow you to grow professionally.
