The opportunity :
We are now looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, dedicated, and goal-driven QA Manager who is passionate about their work and their results, to join us in our mission.
You are great at :
Create positive culture, promote teamwork and empower their team for success
Identify and advocate for the personnel needs of your team
Provide leadership through full lifecycle of product development, from inception to post go-live
Work closely with stakeholders to review requirements and deliver commitments
Drive collaboration cross-functionally
Can help translate high-level asks into an implementation plan for teams
Respond promptly and professionally to customer escalations
What it takes :
10+ years of industry engineering / QA experience, with at least 4 years in a management or project management position
Hands-on working experience with functional and load / performance testing
Agile project management training and experience required
Excellent communication and people skills required
Strong experience with test automation
Experience with QA testing of large, 24 / 7, mission critical cloud solutions
Proficiency in at least one common development language (Java, C / C++, .Net, Python) an asset
EDI experience an asset
