The Junior Inside Sales representative and technical support consultants assure an high quality user experience by helping disseminate knowledge of platform; investigating, troubleshooting and responding to our users’ support requests.  They will also be responsible for the promotion of our products. This position is a unique opportunity to work in an environment and grow in a stimulating, friendly and learning environment.


Situated on the South Shore of Montreal near to Dix30, easily accessible by car and by public transportation (free parking available)


Skills and Experience


  • Excellent ability to communicate verbally and in written form in both French and English
  • Experience in troubleshooting with clients both over email and the phone.
  • Experience with operating systems such as Window 10, Mac OSX, Android IOS.
  • Expérience de l'apprentissage de nouveaux logiciels et de la formation d'autres personnes sur leur utilisation.
  • Knowledge of pertinent web browsers (Edge, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, etc.)
  • Experience with help desk and business communication software (Salesforce, Jira Software)

On a daily basis the chosen candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing fast and professional solutions and giving instructions to our clients through phone, messaging and email. 
  • Maintain a current knowledge of our products and promotions.
  • Documenting service requests and triaging them to the correct departments.
  • Creating video and written articles for internal use for future troubleshooting
  • Facilitating some aspects of brokerage alongside a professional broker. 
  • Re-newing contracts and helping the promotion of our products.
