About the job :

Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role will take responsibility for the overall sales support of the business. In this role you will be doing everything from customer service and sales support including the internal and external communications (e.

g. with external clients and internal stakeholders), to allocating resources via the ticketing system to the reporting aspects such as weekly and monthly sales analysis.

If you are exceptional at customer service and have a basic understanding and enjoyment of all things sales support related, then this role could be for you.

Responsibilities and duties include :

  • Providing exceptional sales support to the Sales Team as well as overall business
  • Delivering top notch customer service to external stakeholders
  • Conducting research, gap analysis and reporting on the findings and providing recommendations
  • Weekly and monthly sales reporting
  • Support or lead improvement projects as required
  • Providing general administrative support
  • Educate sales team and clients across the products range
  • Support sales teams with all administrative tasks
  • Create and dispatch quotes
  • Input, amend and process orders
  • Update CRM system
  • Take part in trade shows and other events
  • Assist the Marketing Coordinator in all Sales and Marketing related duties

    The ideal candidate will be :

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a similar type support role
  • High School Diploma and a Post - Secondary Education
  • Previous sales reporting and analysis experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - strong Excel skills
  • Mature with a professional outlook / builds strong relationships
  • A quick-witted problem-solver - analytical and methodical (follows procedures but able to think outside of the box)
  • Able to work calmly in a high pressure environment and manage high volume
  • A fast and accurate worker with excellent attention to detail
  • Positive in attitude and good team player / self manager
  • Experience using CRM systems
