As a Senior Project Manager, you will provide project leadership and management aligned to an exciting Salesforce.com roadmap which advances our Client Relationship Management (CRM) strategy.

You will be accountable for the planning and successful delivery of complex cross-functional Salesforce.com Development projects with significant risk and business impact.

You will ensure that the defined project outcomes are achieved, that the project activities are conducted in a planned and controlled manner, and that effective communications are maintained with all project stakeholders (Internal and / or external as applicable).

Here's how

The Senior Project Manager will engage project stakeholders and domain knowledge experts (SMEs) to establish the following project activities :

  • Take projects from original concept through to final implementation, championing the development of strong project plans while leading cross-
  • functional multi-disciplined resources through the execution of the plans to deliver projects that meet or exceed customer expectations (on time, on budget and quality of scope)

  • Clearly define the Project Governance Structure : Define the steering committee of executive and management stakeholders that will provide approvals and direction for the all phases of the project
  • Clearly define the BOSE team roles and responsibilities with all internal / external stakeholders
  • Perform overall project management functions : preparing and planning, organizing, monitoring, leading and supporting the project
  • Develop and manage the Project Plan with associated Work Breakdown Structure
  • Establish and maintain regular meetings throughout the project at all levels, ensuring the appropriate review and resolution of issues as encountered during project
  • Issue, decision, and action tracking through to resolution
  • Preparation of project status reports (detailed and milestone reports) as required
  • Work with project team members to establish the baseline workflows and business process required to support the project implementation
  • Develop a communications strategy and change management plan to inform stakeholders and users of the overall program benefits, associated changes and / or reasons for change, project status updates / reports through to successful implementation
  • Support and enable the project team in their effort to achieve the goals of the project
  • Recommends changes in project scope and / or budget to the project sponsor / project steering committee
  • Apply BOSE Project Governance standard and gating process
  • Project outcome evaluation and ongoing process improvement
  • At times, the Senior Project Manager will be required to conduct Business Requirements and Data Migration Analysis in conjunction with the assigned project Business Analysts in support of their assigned projects.

    Qualifications

    You're the missing piece of the puzzle

  • Strong understanding and knowledge of Project Management methodologies and best practice
  • Strong understanding of business operations (Order-to-Cash) and support process
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle
  • Knowledge of / exposure to industry leading CRM / Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
  • Proven ability to manage large complex, cross functional, cross regional enterprise projects
  • Ability to interpret corporate strategies and translate them into practical project plans
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and client facing skills
  • Strong analytic and problem solving abilities
  • Excellent documentation and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Minimum of 7+ years of demonstrated application of advanced project management techniques and skills combined with significant experience in a large complex business environment in the implementation of the solution
  • Great-to-haves

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) designation
  • SFDC Administrator certification
  • Previous experience with ERP or CRM software / technology implementation
  • Formal training in project management practices
  • Knowledge of / exposure to industry leading SFDC
  • Bilingualism in English & French
