Job Description

Experience we arelooking for : High performing Sales Representatives and Territory Managers, KeyAccount Managers, Trade Marketing Managers, Analysts (Sales Intelligence,Revenue Management, Finance), Junior Managers

We are high performing individuals lookingto establish themselves in a leadership role.We are looking for those with the ability to drive results, ability toleave and diverse skillsets in order to contribute to the future leadershippipeline of our company.

Individualsthat are hard-working and willing to make the difference in order to contributeand execute towards our company strategy.

  • Opportunities include roles in salesleadership, forecasting, trade marketing, business development, pricing andpromotion analysis and key account management;
  • it’s the strategic side of how we sell our beer. Sales are the backbone ofour company we work hard to get our product in the hands of every one of ourtarget consumers of legal drinking age of course.

    Example Job Responsibilities

  • Looking for individuals to join our Sales organization to deliver volume, share, profit and productivity targets within the Market Unit
  • Ability to execute towards our company strategy
  • Understand the market dynamics in order to bring new ideas and solutions to grow sustainable business results
  • Be the liaison between national sales and regional execution
  • Oversee local marketing / media, distribution and regional Key Accounts both on-premise and retail
  • Own and accountable for the P&L to ensure delivery of share and financial performance
  • Responsible for market unit business development as it pertains to channel, market & brand priorities for investment & focus
  • Build strong business relationships with key customers and ensure a link between company objectives and customer objectives.
  • Responsible for industry growth initiatives and actions (i.e. The Beer Store industry growth committee)
