This inventory is for casual employment. Casual employment is a temporary employment of 90 working day or less, in a calendar year, to meet needs arising from such contingencies as vacations, sick and training leaves, to conduct special projects that are anticipated but dependent of the availability of funds, etc.

Not to worry though, we are keeping the application process simple!

You just have to provide your resume and answer two questions in short paragraphs.

Then, in order to create a profile to match you with the right hiring manager, you will only have to answer yes or no to some questions!

In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)


A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training or experience.


Experience in providing administrative support services in an office environment.

Experience in the use of various software programs such as : Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint.

If you possess any of the following, your application must also clearly explain how you meet it (other qualifications)


Experience in record management as such as classifying and indexing records, file maintenance and file disposition.

Experience in providing administrative support services to senior management.

Experience in event planning and agenda coordination.

Experience in researching, extracting and compiling information from various sources.

Experience in business travel support services such as making travel arrangements, preparing itineraries and processing travel claims.

Experience in data entry and the preparation of correspondence and reports.

Experience in accounting or finance.

Experience providing administrative support services in the area of goods and services procurements.

Experience in editing and proofreading documents.

Experience working with MyGCHR.

Experience working with SAP.

Experience using the HRG Shared Travel Services portal.

Experience with CCM Enterprise.
