The purpose of the position :
In order to support the rapid growth of the organization, we are seeking a fully bilingual, seasoned professional to support our Communications and Marketing team in the development and implementation of the Company’s communications / marketing strategies.
Your contributions will support initiatives aimed at increasing awareness of the Alithya brand and will generate new business opportunities in all external tools and platforms.
The Advisor will collaborate on all Company marketing strategies and projects, particularly with respect to digital marketing initiatives.
You must have proven experience in brand management, demand and lead generation, advertising, content marketing, social media, production of marketing materials, events and business development support.
You must also demonstrate strong communication skills, both oral and written, and will apply your skills as a strategist to the benefit of writing and producing marketing material, web content, brochures, presentations, etc.
Typical day :
Demonstrate leadership and autonomy in taking charge of communications marketing projects in connection with business priorities, and ensuring their implementation;
Actively contribute to content and themes to be rolled out on all platforms, ensuring integration and consistency in order to maximize brand visibility;
Support the development, application, management, and market positioning of the corporate brand and employer brand, and act as a key resource person for ensuring their integrity;
Support the marketing team through the entire process, from handling opportunities to sales teams, through process monitoring, performance indicator analysis, etc.;
Assist the team in the planning and deployment of digital marketing campaigns by optimizing usage of state-of-the-art tools implemented within the company;
Plan, develop, and evaluate the impact of campaigns and timelines related to social media and content marketing, based on business strategies and market positioning;
Contribute to projects developed from corporate and internal communications strategies, according to the needs of the team;
Contribute to the development of tools, processes, standards, and communication activities, and to the maintenance of an integrated communications approach;
Ensure oversight and analysis of the brand and the impact of communications strategies through the identification and monitoring of performance indicators and the establishment of effective dashboards.

Ability to be autonomous and self-motivated and capacity to carry out mandates with minimal supervision;
Sense of organization and analysis, with an inherent talent for teamwork;
Ability to work in an Agile environment, to prioritize and exhibit positive leadership;
University degree in communications, administration, or other related field;
5-10 years of experience in a similar position;
Proven communications / marketing skills focused on business objectives;
Strong command of digital marketing tools, including online advertising, organic SEO, and social media;
In-depth knowledge of automated marketing tools is an important asset;
Relevant work experience in a publicly listed company is an asset;
Excellent writing skills, in both French and English (bilingualism is essential).
