Managing a key portfolio in Victoria you will maintain excellent customer service delivery with existing customers, as well as prospect new business opportunities.
No two days will be the same as you develop and deliver win-win solutions to meet rural customer’s needs, visit clients on farm, educate branch-based staff to understand agribusiness specialisations, and grow your portfolio in the region.
This is a dynamic role where you will immerse yourself in the Australian agricultural industry, engaging collaboratively with a broad network of stakeholders developing deep industry connections.

This role will be predominately based in our Ballarat Elders branch for days that you are working in the office and other days you will be out on the road visiting your clients on farm (vehicle provided).
