operative team member Possesses excellent time management and organizational skills Able to deliver exemplary customer service to residents Able to cope with the physical, mental, and emotional demands of the job The Maintenance Worker is responsible for the maintenance of the physical building and equipment that is used in the operation of the Village.
The Maintenance Worker is also responsible for certain housekeeping / janitorial duties. The positions are people intensive’, with a substantial component of the job involving fostering exemplary resident / family relations.
The Maintenance Worker will provide a high level of customer service with a concentration on flexible living and quality of life.
