Job Description

We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties include but not limited to providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.

Essential Functions

  • Composes and prepares routine correspondence such as emails and memorandums
  • Proofreads and edits existing documents for both internal and external communications
  • Enters, distributes, and summarizes information from various applications
  • Maintains department or cross-functional action tracking logs
  • Maintains department-specific materials and documents
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date calendar for leadership team / office staff
  • Distributes and processes incoming and outgoing mail
  • Coordinates workshops and working meetings including webcasts
  • Coordinates supplies, equipment and facilities as required
  • Assists in the coordination of special projects as appropriate
  • Reconciles expense accounts and prepares check requests
  • Makes travel arrangements as needed
  • Performs other administrative duties as assigned
  • Knowledge

  • Knowledge and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of supplies, equipment and service ordering and inventory control
  • Knowledge of office management principles and procedures
  • Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Types at 45 words per minute with 92% accuracy or better
  • Proficient in English language
