As an Account Manager you will work directly with hiring managers helping them find people with specific skills for their projects or for permanent hire.
Reporting to the President, the ideal candidate will :
Be the key point of contact for your clients
Develop strong client relationships
Work with hiring managers and HR to deliver recruiting and consulting services according to their objectives
To source, select and submit candidates
Utilize social networking to post opportunities online
Update the CRM promptly
Be able to self motivate and comfortable working from home
Represent Capital Ridge Associates in a professional manner
Proven Account Management and customer service experience
Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
Proven ability in building long lasting professional relationships
Understanding of Organizational Development
Proven experience in : making customers happysocial networkingworking independently with minimal direction and self motivation
College Diploma or University Degree is mandatory
