As an Account Manager you will work directly with hiring managers helping them find people with specific skills for their projects or for permanent hire.

Responsibilities :

Reporting to the President, the ideal candidate will :

  • Be the key point of contact for your clients
  • Develop strong client relationships
  • Work with hiring managers and HR to deliver recruiting and consulting services according to their objectives
  • To source, select and submit candidates
  • Utilize social networking to post opportunities online
  • Update the CRM promptly
  • Be able to self motivate and comfortable working from home
  • Represent Capital Ridge Associates in a professional manner
  • Background :

  • Proven Account Management and customer service experience
  • Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
  • Proven ability in building long lasting professional relationships
  • Understanding of Organizational Development
  • Proven experience in : making customers happysocial networkingworking independently with minimal direction and self motivation
  • College Diploma or University Degree is mandatory
