The company is looking for a Project coordinator for its Toronto branch . This is a permanent, full-time position.
The main responsibilities for this position are :
Coordinate and ensure the delivery of projects to meet targets;
Serve existing or prospective clients with professionalism and enthusiasm;
Take responsibility and makes follow-ups on all aspects of projects, quotes and opportunities that arise;
Take customers’ orders while trying to increase sales and profits;
Respond to quotes and provide technical documentation or information;
Verifies and informs customers of overdue orders (B.O.);
Order goods directly from our suppliers when required;
Coordinate customer change requests;
Negotiate prices when necessary, based on certain pre-established scales;
Suggest alternative or related products as required;
Maintain and promote good relationships with our client partners;
Obtain credit approvals;
Promptly resolve client issues;
Participate in team meetings;
Identify and proactively implement opportunities for process improvement.
The main requirements for this position are :
1 to 2 years of experience;
Courtesy and diplomacy;
Knowledge of electrical products, an asset.
