Key Responsibilities

  • Initiates, plans, and rolls-out web projects and enhancements with development partners, ensuring deliverables meet requirements and are delivered on time and within budget
  • Leads social media strategy and initiatives, and guides internal stakeholders on enhancing digital presence, leveraging and amplifying content, and increasing distribution
  • Responsible for ensuring effective processes are in place for digital content management on the firm's website and social media channels
  • Leads the development and execution of new media, video and podcast content
  • Plans and implements analytics initiatives to measures successes, draw key insights and translate into action items for various stakeholders
  • Monitors accessibility guidelines and ensures the firm's website is compliant with the requirements of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA)
  • Champions emerging best practices and communicates how these initiatives can support key business priorities
  • Mentors and supports the Digital Media Coordinator
  • May perform other duties within the nature and level of the job
  • Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with broad experience in various Marketing disciplines
  • Web content administration experience including best practices, an understanding of site functionality and vendor management skills (Sitecore experience an asset)
  • Experience owning and administering Google Analytics accounts and properties, and other performance measurement tools
  • Experience in the legal industry, corporate communications or public relations is an asset
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to pivot and change direction as needed
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills (French is an asset)
  • Team player who is able to work with a wide variety of stakeholders
