Our client is seeking an Intermediate Business Systems Analyst to gather requirements, design and build rule sets, criteria, and data sets for products within the Loyalty Management System
This is a fully remote position that can be worked anywhere in Canada.
Must Haves :
5+ years’ experience in a Technical Business Analysis role with Loyalty project experience
Experience configuring Loyalty Management Systems or other large applications / systems to enable fulfillment of new features or enhancements including defining conditions, criteria, rule sets and other data
Experience working with various internal and external stakeholders to translate business needs to technical requirements and supporting QA Testing with creating Test Cases
Experience using Jira and Confluence
Nice to Have :
SQL Scripting or expert knowledge in Excel
Strong understanding of how to identify and implement opportunities to improve delivery, experience or operational performance that positively impact net promoter score (NPS) or generate revenue
