As a Customer Service Representative you will need to have :

We are currently recruiting customer service representatives to join a growing financial services company. The customer service representative will be responsible for supporting and handling customers, selling products and services and co-ordinating, implementing all consumer sales activities throughout the Canada.

To provide services to customers to exceed sales objectives.

Meet key performance indicators

Support sales and marketing teams to generate volumes required for the success of the company.

Requirements :

Understand regulations, data protection and treating customers fairly.

Proven record in a customer service environment

Excellent communication skills

Strong relationship skills

A good credit history is also required.
