Description

  • To be a brand advisor who co-creates authentic, Simply Amazing emotionally rewarding experiences that lead to clients feeling valued, respected, connected and confident in order to earn client trust and loyalty by meeting and exceeding their expectations of Clinique;
  • ensures an experiential consumer journey from greeting through service and advice, tailored to consumer needs and expectations.

    The key holder also has additional administrative / operational and supervisory responsibilities as they support the Store Manager and the Assistant Manager in the delivery of all sales / customer service and operational targets.

    Qualifications

    Uses excellent communication skills to ensure that each client receives a personalized high touch experience

    Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals through co-Creating Simply Amazing Experiences where client’s feels valued, respected, connected and confident.

    Represent Clinique’s brand philosophy of simple routines to achieve remarkable results using Clinique skincare, foundation and color

    Determine client’s skin and makeup goals and suggest product solutions to help client achieve these goals.

    Provides personalized after sales service to the client with recommendations / event invitations in line with their interests to increase client loyalty

    Builds and maintains excellent working relationships with colleagues, peers, management and all internal and external stakeholders

    Treats others with dignity and respect

    Wear the Clinique Lab Coat with style and pride, following the Clean and Simple guidelines

    Demonstrates Learning Agility

    Embraces and utilizes all business and education initiatives, programs and tools

    Participate in at-counter / in-store Workshops

    Strives for Excellence in Execution

    Implements all visual merchandising, pricing, housekeeping and store operations guidelines to achieve all KPIs and targets

    Actively participates in maintaining the work environment (housekeeping duties, safety compliance, cleanliness, re-stocking products, opening and closing duties)

    Follows all operational policies and procedures to ensure that the store achieves organizational and administrative excellence and assists the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in aligning and engaging the team to follow these at all times

    Follows all cash handling and credit card transactions in line with Company procedures and achieves satisfactory audits as a minimum

    Assists the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with administration tasks, as required, and provides direction and feedback to staff to ensure all operational policies and procedures are implemented on a timely basis and to a high standard

    Acts as designated key holder with responsibility for opening and closing the store in line with security and retail operation guidelines and procedures (FSS locations)

    Company's time keeping and attendance policy and dress code at all times

    Complete all delegated tasks promptly and accurately

    Responds positively to feedback

    Perform other store related duties as assigned

    Minimum Grade 12

    College / University Degree preferred

    Job Related Skills

    Skincare / Beauty experience preferred

    Strong attention to detail

    Creative and innovative thinker

    Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

    High energy, optimistic and results / action oriented personality

    Lift and carry up to 30 pounds
