Integrated Solutions Account Manager

The ISAM will join a dynamic team of sales professionals who are all aligned with our aggressive sales strategy geared towards growing Westbury National’s Audio Visual integrated solutions business.

To be successful in this role you must have a hunter personality, with the ability to adopt a consultative solution selling approach.

You are a master relationship builder who collaborates with sales leadership and engineering design teams to qualify prospects, translate clients needs and develop priced proposals for audiovisual solutions.

Role Requirements :

Business Development & Sales

  • Responsible for actively pursuing audio visual integration business opportunities within assigned markets
  • Lead the preparation, delivery and presentation of design build proposals and RFP opportunities that are complete and profitable.
  • Grow sales revenue by pursuing leads and generating new accounts
  • Execute on the sales plan to achieve sales targets and profit goals.
  • Establish professional relationships with manufacturers, distributors, consultants and complementary trade and engineering companies.
  • Represent the company at technology seminars and trade shows as assigned.
  • Technical and Business Expertise

  • Possess a solid understanding of audiovisual & integration technologies
  • Ability to understand, synthesize and create AV system designs
  • An understanding of IT and networking technologies
  • Lead customer negotiations and leverage in house expertise to close the deal
  • Reporting

  • Prepare reports using company provided computer applications that identify sales forecasts, pipeline and sales activity.
  • Attend sales meetings and present project tracking data.
  • Qualifications

  • 5-10 years’ outside sales experience in the Audio-Visual, Communication Collaboration, and / or IT Integration industry
  • Bachelors’ or Associates degree preferred in Business or related field
  • Proven track record selling Audio-Visual integration, communication collaboration, hardware, software or related technology-based product
  • Proven ability to identify and develop new sales opportunities
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities
  • Experience growing a sales segment
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills both oral & written
  • Proficient with Computer applications such as but not limited to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
