We are looking for energetic individual with excellent interpersonal skills to join our team.

Key responsibilities :

  • Manage incoming calls
  • Create, update and maintain profiles in the database
  • Fill out vacancies (screen, select and interview candidates)
  • Other general office duties as assigned.
  • The Ideal candidate should possess the following attributes :

  • Fluent English and Russian;
  • Good communication skills (Verbal and Written);
  • Good Computer Skills (MS : Word, Excel, and Outlook);
  • Able to manage a multi-line phone system;
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative / office position;
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment;
  • Able to work an occasional weeknight or weekend.
