Co-Op / Intern Application Administrator
Job location : Ottawa, Canada
Term length : 8 or 12 months starting January 2022
About the team
As a member of our Cloud Services team, you will be responsible for delivering Software-as-a-Service to our customers globally.
What you will do
Maintain and implement processes and procedures for day-to-day operations activities covering the provisioning, setup, test, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance of customer systems for the on-demand RapidResponse Service
Troubleshoot system performance issues and react to application health issues
Take ownership and accountability for the incident resolution process
Must adhere to all security and confidentiality requests for this position
May perform additional projects upon request
What we are looking for
Enrolled in a post-secondary diploma or degree program in computer science or a related discipline
Ability to work a 8 or 12 month Co-Op / Intern term
Proven strong research and troubleshooting skills
Working knowledge of the Windows environments
Knowledge of programing languages or scripting languages such as PowerShell would be an asset
Knowledge of remote system administration
Understanding of systems performance monitoring
Knowledge of modern SaaS technologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be a Canadian Citizen or a Permanent Resident due to CGRP security requirements
