Tasks :

  • Respect the dress code and personal hygiene;

  • Collect the amounts owed by the customer (in cash, by credit or debit card);
  • Fill in the vouchers for delivery orders;
  • Help with the packaging of products when the packer is not available;
  • Communicate with the packer or the clerk for product price checks;
  • Count the cash, according to trade policy;
  • Make money deposits during your shift;
  • Respect the work schedule that has been assigned to you and collaborate when there are last-minute changes;
  • Process refunds, overpayments and other transactions requiring waivers or authorizations from a supervisor;
  • Process all types of transactions accepted by the store, including, but not limited to, authorized sales / accounts
  • receivable, debit / credit transactions, store coupons, vendor coupons and gift cards, in accordance with policies and company procedures and understood within the framework of existing legal regulations and requirements;
  • Ensure that the department is ready to serve customers when the store opens;
