We are looking for an exceptional Product Manager to support our data products on the monetization data science team at Unity.
The monetization data science team at Unity is building some of the most progressive and innovative products in the industry.
In this role, you will work with a team of talented data scientists and engineers. You will drive revenue growth for our ML-driven ad systems, build innovative machine-learning solutions, work on experimentation frameworks, and drive results across the data science products;
ad targeting, in-game optimizations, creative tools, and experimentation frameworks.

Own the roadmap for data science products : experiment frameworks, model training pipelines, ad optimization tools, and profile services
Gather requirements from internal and external customer groups to ensure we are building the right products for our business
Prioritize features and resource to ensure critical data science resources are working on the highest impact solutions
Oversee development of and implementation of Unity experimentation tools and profile services
Build data science solutions for ad and game operations use cases such as : targeting, pipeline development, live operations, and creative tools
Experience as a product manager, preferably in a data & analytics roles
Familiarity with data; data modeling, infrastructure, analytics, reporting, DDLs, and event taxonomies and General understanding of data science, machine-learning model development, and common solutions like Tensorflow, Pytorch, etc.
Strong product ownership competencies; feature prioritization, roadmap planning, presentation, and quarterly reporting
Ability to translate technical information into effective requirements documents for engineering use.
Experience validating product ideas with competitive analysis, market segmentation, and go-to-market strategies
Bonus points for direct experience as a data analyst, engineer, or scientist. If
Ability to translate complex data concepts to a wide range of audiences
Experience in ad tech, game development, or live operations
Familiarity with SQL and big data technologies like Kafka, GCS, Bigquery, Druid
Understanding of analytics tools like Amplitude, MIxpanel
Experience with A / B tools and vendors is a plus
Understanding of best practices for managing virtual / distributed teams
