Job Summary :

Assist with training of staff so as to optimize sales and profit margins. Become familiar with a variety of management functions, notably inventory, buying, customer service, personnel and merchandising.

Key Competencies :

  • Strong sales ability
  • Strong sense of organization, planning and leadership
  • Strong sense of initiative and ability to make decisions
  • Technical knowledge of hardgoods
  • Ability to coach and built the best sales team for the store
  • Main Responsibilities are :

  • Ensure top quality customer service at all times
  • Supervise sales activities
  • Establish priorities and lists of daily tasks for employees
  • Monitor the level of inventory so as to ensure that sufficient supplies are on hand for immediate and short-term needs
  • Organize training seminars (in area of expertise) for personnel and prepare presentations of seminars that involve outside contributors
  • Qualifications :

  • 2 to 3 years experience in retail sales environment
  • Experience in similar positions
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
