The Senior Talent Consultant is a senior level individual contributor role that is critical in providing support for Moneris’s Talent Management programs and processes.
The Senior Talent Consultant assesses, develops, designs, implements, manages, administers and evaluates scalable, best in class and sustainable organizational-wide programs, processes and tools in the areas of Culture and values, Employee Engagement, and Agile Talent Management.
This may include Succession Planning / Talent Review, Career and Performance Management, Diversity and Inclusion, and Change Management.
You will be accountable to :
Assess, develop, design, and administer, scalable, best - in - class and sustainable organizational-wide Talent programs, processes and tools.
Manage, administer and optimize existing systems specific to Talent programs (E.g. Glint engagement surveys, reporting, analysis and executive reviews)
Design and develop Talent Program dashboards, with data and insights to enhance business leader and HR team decision making;
produces and contributes to reports for presentation to the Senior Management.
Lead enterprise wide change management plans for Talent programs and processes.
Provide consultative support regarding talent programs to the business through the HR Business Partners / Generalists;
develops and recommends specific action steps to drive the benefits and desired outcomes of Talent programs.
Collaborate both within and outside of HR, particularly regarding cross - functional program / projects to ensure a seamless and holistic experience for clients
Collaborate, coach and share knowledge and insights with the Talent Programs Consultant.
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, CHRL designation completed or in progress.
7 - 10 years of Human Resources experience, with a primary focus on deep expertise in Talent Management / Development and or / Organizational Development Centres of Expertise / Excellence
Advanced MS Suite knowledge (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Solid knowledge and application of psychometric assessments
Strong knowledge and application of various talent management / development technological systems (E.g. Glint for engagement, SABA / WorkDay, etc) to build and manage Talent programs.
Special Conditions : This is a full-time permanent position available in our Toronto Head Office located at 3300 Bloor Street West.
