The International Development Studies Program at Saint Mary's University invites applications for an eight-month position at the rank of Assistant Professor, to begin September 1, 2019.
an undergraduate methods class; a regional specialization course preferably on Latin America, and two other special topics courses (preferably on labour and development and migration and development respectively).
QualificationsPreference will be given to applicants specializing in critical and social justice approaches to development and the political economy of development.
Applicants should hold a PhD (or be ABD and close to completion of the PhD), with demonstrated excellence in teaching and research.
