As a key member of the operations team you will work closely across teams to help create order, motivate and engage staff.
You will wear many hats as you organize the office, routines and our community of people. You will help foster our work hard and play hard culture and a healthy work-life balance.
You should thrive in a fast-paced environment, be self-driven and able to work independently. You should be a natural people-
person with experience in human resources and conflict resolution. And you should be drawn to team-building and events, helping our people and clients interact with social events, training's, lunch-

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in an administrative / office role in a fast-paced, rapid-
