  • ABOUT THE JOB

    The primary objective is to support the DRAKKAR Logistics managers in HR matters, to review company policies and procedures as well as to work on various integration, training and hiring programs.

    The candidate will take on an advisory role with managers and employees on all questions relating to human resources, labor laws and the interpretation of policies.

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as a strategic partner with regard to workforce issues such as : skills development, retention, mobilization and development of talents
  • Propose practical and innovative solutions that promote development and autonomy
  • Coach and support managers with regard to performance management, situation analysis and action plan proposals, change management and HR adaptation to organizational growth
  • Act as a facilitator in change management
  • Working with the HR coordinator, monitor key HR indicators, identify related HR issues and set up action plans with managers
  • Analyze effectiveness and review HR processes to ensure efficiency and achievement of set objectives
  • Work with managers to equip them with performance and talent management tools
  • In collaboration with the HRD, act as strategic leader in terms of cultural change
  • Contribute to a healthy, motivating and mobilizing corporate culture, ensure the satisfaction of internal and external customers by the same token (employee survey, diagnosis, action plan and deployment)
  • Review the performance evaluation program
  • Implement recognition and certification programs to make the employer brand shine (healthy business, Top Employer Forbes Canada, etc.)

  • OUR REQUIREMENTS

  • Studies in human resources or industrial relations
  • 5 years of experience in a partnership role in human resources
  • Experience in transportation, logistics or industrial environments - an asset
  • Bilingual - spoken and written
  • Takes initiative and is resourceful
  • Autonomous and good organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to change
  • Creative, dynamic, and a strong desire to contribute to a transformation
