Calling all exceptional Content Strategists to the table for an exciting permanent opportunity, within the financial sector.
The successful candidate will be accountable for writing, editing and reviewing site copy for all digital properties. Key Duties : Write, edit and review content across desktop, mobile and tablet platforms (ensuring content is accurate, relevant and aligns with their brand) Make recommendations and enhancements to improve content that is personalized and client-centric Develop content to support marketing programs and campaigns for acquisition, retention and growth Collaborate closely with UX Designers and UI developers to create client experience that support channel strategy and optimization Work closely with a content accessibility expert to ensure content is inclusive and AODA compliant Must Haves : Minimum 2 years of experience in the Financial Services Sector, required Minimum 3 years of corporate communication / content development experience Experience executing a successful online customer experience, include experience with SEO, personalization, navigation, accessibility and content strategy Knowledge of AODA compliance and accessibility best practices, including experience writing accessible content adhering to WCAG guidelines and AODA regulations Ability to work within an Agile framework with changing priorities and technology environments Does this sound like you or someone you know within your professional network, then reach out to Krystle, our Director of Talent Acquisition at Krystle.
