The Recruiter is responsible for delivering all the recruitment needs of the branch. This will be achieved through the development and execution of local and community recruitment strategy based on various sourcing techniques.
The Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring the branch has the right mix of regulated and non-regulated caregivers to meet the branch staffing need and objectives.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
NOTE : Community Recruitment and travel within the local area accounts for approximately 50% of the role requirements
Post-secondary education in related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experiences with a focus on Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
Minimum 1+ years of Recruitment experience. Previous experience in the health care industry would be considered an asset.
Experienced user of technology including MS Office, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and human resource information systems (HRIS).

This is a very fast-paced and high energy position that is focused on employee recruitment, engagement, and retention. The individual must be flexible to travel within the community to network, interview and hire on candidates.
