Overview Ensure the smooth operation of assigned location and assist in training of all kitchen associates on operation of equipment and food production.

This position pays $16.00-$22.00 per hour.

What are we looking for?

Qualifications Responsibilities Assist in training of all kitchen associates on operation of equipment and food production Enrolled in or completion of a Culinary Management program or equivalent experience in a high volume, fast paced kitchen environment is required Ensure the smooth operation of assigned location Supervise and assist in the preparation and cooking of large quantities of food in an efficient manner Previous supervisory experience is required Ensure all menu items are prepared as per recipe Current Food Safety Handler certification Greet guests in a friendly manner and address any questions and concerns regarding the location / park Able to follow metric and imperial recipes and have sound knowledge of a variety of kitchen equipment Receive / store / prepare / hold and serve food in compliance with the Ontario Health regulations and department specifications Thorough understanding of food and beverage controls relating to food cost and labour (for Restaurant locations only) Enthusiastic with good communication skills Follow proper cleaning and sanitation practices for food and non-

food contact surfaces and equipment Able to perform heavy lifting up to 30 lbs. Control inventory of all products prepared in assigned location and assist with weekly inventory Able to work flexible hours including evenings, on weekends and holidays Assist in other areas of the kitchen, front-
