What success looks like You are a critical communication link between the Project Manager, client and other stakeholders You provide superior project support to Project Managers by managing schedule updates, maintaining project controls, developing progress reports and preparing tender and contract documents You ensure project activities are conducted in accordance with Colliers Project Leaders’ Quality Management System You attend important project meetings, documenting action items and key decisions to share with the team
Who you are : You have experience working in a consultancy or professional services environment and now, you’re ready to learn and do more.
You’re interested in building your career in project management. In this role, you’ll work with experienced project managers to sharpen your relationship management skills and successfully deliver projects on time and on budget.
You’ll hone your project management skills by working on various projects from different industry sectors including institutional and post-
secondary. You take a positive approach to your work and enjoy learning and contributing new ideas and solutions. You’re good at building strong relationships with your clients and managing their expectations.

What you bring A university degree or diploma in engineering, architecture, construction management or project management (or an equivalent combination of academic and practical experience) Two to five years of experience representing owners to multiple stakeholders to deliver construction and building projects Previous exposure to consultant and design management, construction contract administration or project financials CAPM, PMP, LEED or other relevant industry accreditation is considered a strong asset Bonus skills and experience Excellent communication and presentation skills Proficient in MS Project, MS Word and MS Excel
