The S&OP Process Improvement Specialist is part of the Business Process Excellence team. The main focus will be to participate in the analysis and development of work processes and tools in collaboration with operational S&OP groups like Production Planning, Inventory Management, Demand Planning, as well as Supply Chain related sectors.
The tenant of that role will participate in the implementation of excellence standards and due diligence, which are reviewed regularly to ensure the changes and improvements perform over the long term.
In addition, the S&OP Process Improvement Specialist :
Participate in other key activities as a member of the core team within the category
Participate in some activities related to an S&OP system implementation
Participate and support the deployment and improvement to the IBP process (integrated business planning)
3 to 5 years’ relevant experience in sales forecasting and demand planning, including proven experience in improving and implementing business processes and sales planning systems
Experience in IBP, S&OP, demand and supply planning, MRP processes implementation and improvement
Experience in the consumer packaged goods industry is required, experience in the dairy business is a plus
APICS member, CPIM or CSCM designation an asset.
