We are looking for passionate individuals with 3-5 years of proven excellence in business development and / or inside sales.
The Account Executive is tasked with conveying the value of our solutions to prospects, building strong relationships and transitioning them to our customers.
Key Responsibilities :
Looking for potential new clients and buyers.
Explaining the benefits of the products or services we sell to new customers in order to promote and build loyalty to our brand.
Managing client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle.
Working closely with operations and customer support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Tracking volumes, numbers, and margins by reviewing sales reports,
Achieving weekly, quarterly, monthly, and annual volume and margin sales targets.
Building market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.
Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
Communicating product and market information to our Sales Engineering, Marketing and Product Teams.
Closing new business by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Other duties as needed.
3 -5 years of sales experience
Experience in IT or Software Sales is strongly desired
Expert oral and written communication skills
Strong relationship building skills
Ability to quickly learn new programs, processes and applications
Advanced time management and organizational skills
Bilingualism an asset
BA in business administration or a related field is considered an asset
