Responsibilities :

  • Work with clients and provide leadership on IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices
  • Gather and understand requirements from clients
  • Conduct gap analysis and assessments to identify the delta between ServiceNow and ITSM processes
  • Design, develop and implement ServiceNow ITSM solutions
  • Develop and test all ServiceNow and ITSM Applications Suite implementations
  • Install and configure ServiceNow infrastructure environment
  • Assist in designing, developing and demonstrating ServiceNow product
  • Participate in Project team collaboration sessions with PM, ITTL engineers and administrators
  • Provide support for existing production applications and recommend opportunities for enhancements
  • Desired Qualifications :

  • Completion of a recognized post-secondary program in Business or Information Technology
  • Two or more years of hands-on implementation experience with ServiceNow
  • Previous experience in ServiceNow upgrades
  • Previous experience with ITSM, service desk, asset management, incident management and change management via ServiceNow
  • Superior facilitation and presentation techniques
  • ITIL certification
  • For development roles, knowledge and experience with web development (HTML, JavaScript, C++)
  • Strong teamworking skills
  • Ability to professionally represent Solvera with clients
  • Location Requirements and Reporting Relationship :

    Solvera consultants are hired into a specific location and generally spend the bulk of their consulting focus on clients within that geography, potentially with occasional assignments and travel supporting other locations.
