Your new role

Reporting to the General Sales Manager, you will lead a team of Inside Sales Representatives selling the companies fundraising software to non-profits and charities in North America and meet the team's new business acquisition objectives.

Your main responsibilities include training, coaching and developing top sales talent to meet and exceed your team's targets.

Build and grow your sales team and help them sell best-of-breed SaaS products within an untapped B2B North American territory.

Imagine leading your team to help non-profits raise the funding they need to make the world a better place.

What you'll need to succeed

  • An expert in managing inside sales teams in a B2B, consultative selling environment
  • Solid track record in meeting sales targets and an undeniable drive to succeed
  • Excellent solution selling, objection handling, closing skills and a hunter mentality
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, coaching, motivational skills and a hands-on approach supporting your team
  • Experience / knowledge in a non-profit and / or fundraising environment is a plus.
