What You Will Do
Provide remote and on-site technical support to all the internal departments and staff for all our IT hardware and software products
Provide consistent service to clients to develop the feeling of dependability and trust
Take responsibility for all assigned service requests
Troubleshoot and manage a wide array of hardware and network devices
Be able to build, troubleshoot and repair a standard desktop computer
Provide some after-hours support and maintenance as required (primary hours of work will be 9 : 00am to 5 : 00pm Monday to Friday)
What You Bring to the Table
College diploma or University degree in a computer-related field
MCP or MCSA certification is considered an asset
Minimum 5 years of working in a mid-sized Microsoft network environment
Advanced experience and knowledge in Windows 10 installation, imaging, customizing and deployment
Microsoft 365 environment managing Exchange Online, Teams and SharePoint; developing flows and forms; working with Power Apps and Power Automate
Nice to have : Exchange Server, SharePoint, SQL, VMware, NAS technologies knowledge
Experience with ticketing systems, remote management software and cloud-based management applications
Networking certifications such as CompTIA Network, CISCO CCNA or CCIE are assets
