Our valued client is seeking an Int. Bilingual PMO Specialist to standardize project management practices, tools, documents, and plans for large scale transformation inititiatives.
A initial 6-month contract, with possibility of extension. 100% remote work, open to all of Canada. Must work EST time zone.
Responsibilities :
Define the methodological framework of the company's project office in Quebec and to raise the team's practices to the level of the best project offices.
Integrating the disciplines of project management and business analysis, he defines and implements best practices, develops tools, creates documentation in a knowledge base, supports project managers and business analysts by developing a training and certification program tailored to their needs.
Collaborate with constituent project and program managers to interact with members of senior management to establish plans for developing practices and skills to meet the strategic objectives of the program.
Develop and execute program plans (quality, risk, communication, staffing, etc.) to align program results with stakeholder expectations and standards.
Provide change management
Communicate program details effectively.
Must Have Skills :
5+ Years experience as aPMO Specialist
Excellent communication skills in French and English
Experience leading change, implementing Project Management and Business Analysis tools, processes and controls.
Nice to Have Skills :
Big 5 Consulting : experience with large management consultancy methods
Masters in Business Administration (MBA)
PMP and / or any Business Analysis certifications
