Description

OfficeTeam is looking to hire someone who has great attention to detail and is results-oriented to work as an Administrative Assistant.

This opportunity is a short-term, temporary position based in the Ottawa, Ontario area.

Responsibilities include :

  • Data entry
  • Handle telephone calls
  • Navigate through word processing, filing, and faxing
  • Support a variety of projects for other employees
  • Various administrative and office support duties
  • Requirements

    The ideal candidate will have the following :

  • Bilingual in both official languages
  • At least 2 years of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
  • Proficient computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and databases
  • Excellent working knowledge of Excel
  • Knowledge of data entry
  • Strong communication skills in both languages
