SUMMARY OF TASKS :
We are is seeking a passionate Recruiter to join a highly collaborative, driven and dynamic team, constantly striving to provide an exceptional candidate experience.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, our new ambassador will be supporting the Talent Acquisition Specialists across Canada by working on a variety of recruitment activities and by supporting building the future with proactive research.
Provide tactical support within the Talent Acquisition team based on priorities and volume : filter applications via various sources, conduct phone interviews, perform background checks, schedule pre-employment physical examinations and take references;
Post open positions on our ATS and various targeted job boards;
Coordinate and schedule interviews for HR partners and hiring managers;
Track and measure all recruitment metrics and efforts;
Support employer branding efforts and social media outreach;
Conduct proactive searches in various databases and on social networking platforms;
Participate and support the team in various strategic initiatives related to developing talent pipelines;
Participate and help organize recruitment events and facilitate the logistics of the event;
Perform any other administrative tasks.
University degree in a related field;
Minimum of one year of related experience;
Recognized enthusiasm and autonomy, with a passion for talent acquisition;
Strong affiliation to drive for results and exceed goals and objectives;
Higher ability to communicate and to show creative initiatives;
Great time management and multitasking skills coupled with the ability to prioritize effectively;
Knowledgeable and interested in new technologies, systems and reporting tools;
Bilingual, English and French (written and spoken).
