PCF is an important business unit within LCL that manages and develops the products and service programs in order to improve the customer experience, maximize value, and provide a platform to enhance customer insights and relationships.

PCF’s vision is vision is to make the everyday simple and better. The Marketing Manager is responsible for creating and delivering insight based marketing campaigns for The Mobile Shop and PC Mobile to drive brand awareness, equity, engagement, and sales support.

This role is a unique opportunity to lead marketing programs that combine the power of the Canada’s largest loyalty program PC Optimum™, the power of the Loblaw retail network, exceptional customer service from our Mobile Shop Mobilists, and partnerships with all the leading mobile carriers and phone manufacturers.

What You'll Do Lead creative and media agency briefs / relationships in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels including : in store collateral, email, SMS, website, social, display, SEM, XM, etc.

Work closely with Product Management, Digital, Social Media, PR, teams to execute campaign and product launch strategies Become a close partner to Sales team to understand their needs, gain customer insights, to support as necessary (eg.

  • participate in DM meetings) and build into marketing strategies Lead the evolution of our new Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) strategy and execution to drive customer engagement and repeat purchase Oversee in-store distribution process, manage inventory levels, ordering / shipment of materials, working with 3rd party distribution vendor and suppliers Responsible for reviewing and finalizing marketing material Legal sign off Drive analysis of campaign / project management effectiveness and optimization Responsible for budget oversight for all marketing activities for TMS and PC Mobile Coaching and leadership of direct report What You'll Need Bachelor’s Business Degree is preferred 5 - 8 years in a related marketing role;
