We currently have a Relief Full Time opportunity for you to bring your excellent work ethic as a dedicated Respiratory Therapist at Abbotsford Regional Hospital and Cancer Centre in Abbotsford, BC .

Build on your experience by :

  • Performing diagnostic testing, therapeutic assessments, interventions and follow-ups
  • Maintaining documentation on treatments, ensuring reports, records and workload statistics are complete and accurate
  • Assisting with cardiopulmonary resuscitation and providing support
  • Participates in quality improvement activities and provides in-service education as required.
  • Performing required maintenance, calibration, evaluation and quality control of respiratory and related equipment
  • Education, Training and Experience :

  • Graduation from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
  • Successful completion of the Canadian Board of Respiratory Care credentialing exam.
  • Eligible for membership with the Canadian Society of Respiratory Therapists (CSRT) and British Columbia Society of Respiratory Therapists (BCSRT).
  • Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Level C. Possession of and maintained Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
