Our Facility Services Manager will report directly to the Club General Manager and focus on maintaining exceptional facilities that are both safe and clean for our members, team members, and visitors.
Your experience :
Manage complex corrective and preventative maintenance programs
Oversee Custodial program, training and management of custodians
Assist with delivery of capital replacement or facility improvement projects
Oversee the property services of the facility including intrusion system, access system, waste management, snow removal and landscaping
Experience with Building Automation System (BAS, BMS)
Manage and comply with fire safety code and other essential environmental regulated assets
Perform inspections and evaluate the condition of the building as well as managing all assets within the facility
Hands on experience troubleshooting and repairing all building equipment including fitness
Working with your GM building and managing the facilities and maintenance budget
3+ years related Facilities Operations or Building Maintenance experience
3+ years of leadership and people management experience.
Licensed trades person (an asset)
