The Role :

  • Initiates and leads the sales cycle / process and acts as the customer’s key contact and resource
  • Determine customer’s needs by demonstrating knowledge of the construction industry
  • Manage and maintain prospect database
  • Monitor and report project progress to client and create appropriate reports accordingly
  • Prepare sales and / or marketing reports as required
  • The Ideal Candidate :

  • 5 years inside sales experience within the construction marketplace with a foundational knowledge of estimating and blue print reading
  • Exceptional customer service and client relationship management skills
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Business acumen, financial and analytical skills
  • A team player with a can-do attitude
  • Superior organization and time management skills
  • Advanced MS Office skills and experience working with SAP is considerate an asset
