As part of its agreements with its various clients, Procom is currently seeking a project administrator for a company in the insurance sector.

Job Details - Project Administrator
The Project Administrator is responsible for utilizing IT Project Management tools to track projects, resource assignments, time entry, schedule and cost.
They are primarily responsible for supporting and maintaining the accuracy of 900 project resources, which includes performing updates for on-boarding and off-boarding contractors and employees.
The Project Administrator may also assist Program and Portfolio Managers in monitoring and maintaining the portfolio budget and updating individual project budgets / forecasts.
The individual must have very strong MS Excel & PowerPoint skills with working knowledge of advanced functions (lookups, data manipulation, pivots, and macros).
This role will report to the Project Administration Lead but will work with project managers and team member within the organization.
In this position, the resource will assist with the financial reconciliation across IT project management tools, vendor invoices, and Finance accounting systems.
The Project Administrator will play a key role supporting a multi-million IT Portfolio across 50+ IT Projects.
