We are looking for a Teaching System Designer to join the courseware development team at one of our clients, a renowned firm located in Ville Saint Laurent.

This is a contract opportunity of 3 to 6 months with a strong possibility of extension / renewal.

To succeed in this role, you will need :

  • Experience in developing learning content, instructional design, project management and team leadership.
  • Experience in editing, editing, structuring and proofreading technical content generated by SMEs.
  • Excellent writing, editing and instructional design skills.
  • Ability to translate technical content into easy-to-understand educational material.
  • Experience in training, instructional design and technical documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively and consistently with a cross-functional and collaborative cross-functional team. (SME, CWD, MMD)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Job requirements :

  • Master's degree in education, instructional design or related field and equivalent experience.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in course creation and development.
  • Knowledge of the ADDIE model and the principle of adult learning.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including engaging presentation style, strong group facilitation skills, and clear and precise writing skills.
  • At ease working in a dynamic and fast environment.
  • Ability to complete several projects at a time.
  • Experience in the field of aviation, or in technical fields (Désiré).
  • Experience with multimedia technology and authoring tools is a plus (Adobe suite tools) a plus.
  • Responsibilities and obligations :

  • Embedded SME, MDC, MMD.
  • Assist the PM in monitoring the development of training materials.
  • Conduct the review and verification of the integrity of training materials.
